Mark Alan

Mark has always been passionate about pop culture, music and comic books. In highschool, he discovered his love of live theater and performing, he discovered a knack for different characters and voices.

In 2011, Mark became a writer and is constantly thinking of various stories to tell and different writing projects. In 2016, he self published his first book entitled, "Stuff in my Attic".

In 2015, Mark married his amazing wife Angie and gained a family of 4 step kids! When he isn't writing, Mark is busy being a stay at home dad to 3 homeschooled teens. In his free time, Mark can be found designing tabletop games for Broken Stairs Games and editing/ producing his (short-lived) Pop Culture:SGU podcast on YouTube, and the Play on, Nerds podcast. Mark also has a huge passion for gaming and comic books, and vintage toy/geek toy collecting.

Broken Stairs Productions welcomes Mark to the Broken Stairs family!

Ron Rader

Ron studied music in college and has played in several bands, but – in recent years – he has returned to what his grandfather had taught him long ago: there is nothing more satisfying for a musician than to focus his or her passion for music.

Ron’s interests aren’t limited to music: he is an avid baseball fan, DnD/gaming geek and avid comic book collector. In his spare time, if he isn’t practicing guitar, he is either watching a ball game or sitting next to a pile of comics, reading several into the wee hours of the night.

In 2011 Ron married Jean, his wonderful wife who appreciates and encourages his interests. Often participating herself. (As a player in Ron's ongoing DnD campaign for example.)
Ron's two children are budding geeks and his son has a Minecraft channel on YouTube that has many followers!

Play on, Nerds is proud to have Ron and his family join the Broken Stairs team and be a part of this wonderful project.
